At CIVMATS, we can produce stainless steel caps in different finishes, such as polished, sand blasted, sand rolling, and pickled finish as per your specific needs. Polishing can be done on both the inside and outside of stainless steel caps. Among large-diameter stainless steel caps, we have stainless steel torispherical head as the most popular item. Both stainless steel caps and stainless steel vessel heads can be customized, in terms of finishes, grades and dimensions.
Our monthly production capacity is 500 tons. We regularly stock 304 and 316L stainless steel caps and vessel heads, but we can also customize the following grades as per your demands:

Stainless steel butt welded caps, due to their excellent corrosion resistance, are widely used in all kinds of fields. Civmats mainly produces 300 series & duplex stainless steel butt welded caps, but customization for non-standard stainless steel butt welded caps are also available given the detailed technical information.

By Default, CIVMATS will choose wooden pallets or plywood cases as per stainless steel cap and vessel head sizes. Yes, customization as per drawing is available upon consultation.
Can you supply sanitary stainless steel caps?
Yes, we can, mirror polished inside and outside with plain ends. For industrial applications, they are beveled ends.
Can you produce non-standard stainless steel vessel heads?
Yes, customization is possible with drawings, whether in terms of grades or dimensions.
Can you produce duplex stainless steel caps?
Yes, we can produce duplex stainless steel tees as per ASTM A815.
Do you have MOQ?
Nope, small quantity is also acceptable.
Can you speed up delivery time, like a week?
Usually, we need a month for shipment. To speed up, we can shorten the delivery time to 2 weeks. 1 week is unlikely unless there is stock. Please mange your time wisely and try to avoid rush orders.
