Compared with cement tanks, fiberglass tanks and other water tanks, the advantages of stainless steel tanks are apparent: healthy, non-toxic, strong corrosion resistant, heat absorbable, the inside free from breeding algae, ensuring the clean water quality all the time . It is a sanitary guarantee on the drinking water. Once stainless steel tank is installed, how do we use and maintain it?
1. As a secondary equipment for domestic water storage, stainless steel tank can only be used to stow domestic water (fire-fighting water). It cannot be used to stow hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or liquids with large acid and alkaline contents.
2. When using water tank, do not place other lightweight equipment on the top of the tank, nor use hard objects to tap or draw on tank surface and fittings. Please notify the technical maintenance personnel or welding maintenance personnel from the manufacturer if a problem arises. Professionals specializing in argon arc welding work are required to release the water when repairing.
3. Do not open the water tank cover at random in case of secondary pollution on water. The tank should be cleaned regularly and sterilized once or twice per year.
